Annie Boucher

Annie is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA). She graduated from a 2200-hour program in 2014 and has been practicing in a clinical setting since. She decided to become a massage therapist for the simple reason that she wanted to make people feel better. She finds this work quite rewarding. She tailors her treatment to the specific needs and goals of each client by using a variety of modalities. Annie is fluent in both French and English.

Annie’s passion lies in therapeutic massage. She uses a combination of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, fire cupping, relaxation, TMJ-specific and c-section scar treatments.

To find Balance

To keep sanity in this busy, overstimulating world, Annie is mostly ripping it up and down the trails on her mountain bike in the summer and overworking uphill and snowplowing down the steeper runs on her skate-skis in the winter! Her pooch loves to take Annie walking or running on the trails and cuddling with her at any hour of the day. One of Annie’s favorite things is to have a good laugh, the kind that really hurts your abs and your cheeks!

Our Goals

Annie’s goal is to make you feel better when you walk out of the clinic than when you originally walked in. Everyone deserves a bit of TLC and her intention is to give you just that, but she also makes sure that you feel like your muscles have been worked on. She wants to get you back to optimum health so you can enjoy whatever activities that make you happy and smile.
